Asha is a brilliant dentist. She talks you through everything she's doing as she goes, which really puts you at ease, and her aftercare advice is clear and easy to follow. She's incredibly gentle, takes her time and is just really, really good at what she does. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients, not just the treatment. I always leave feeling like I've been well looked after. Lisa on reception is also warm and welcoming. She's the kind of person who makes you feel comfortable the second you walk through the door. Phoned smiles Llandudno Friday . They managed to get me an appointment Monday 27th in Rhyl smiles. For an emergency . As a very nervous patient 🙈🙈. I was greeted by Sami (apologies if I have spelt your name wrong) and elvis. I had my tooth removed  never felt it coming out pheww. And rest of treatment sorted within 24 hours . After not being to the dentist for 5 years, (as tend to be nervous at a dentist) I must say how brilliant the staff at this new dentist in Rhyl, are Asha and her dental nurse were really good and talked to me in depth of what treatment was required, well done as excellent service from booking my first appointment to my having first checkup...well recommend 😀

Rhyl Smiles is a brilliant dental practice, the staff really are the best, nothing is too much trouble they all go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, Elvis our dentist is such a kind and gentle man, and puts you at ease by explaining everything before he starts with any treatment you may need, We are so happy to have found this new practice in Rhyl by the bus station.
